The objective of the consultancy was to collaborate with IDB’s team in the preparation and design of a project for approval by the MIF Donor Committee in the agricultural sector of Trinidad and Tobago, which would link small farmers with large companies’ value chains or with local and foreign markets. The objective is to increase the income of cocoa small producers.

To develop the project, it was necessary to travel to the country to work with the executing institution and other project stakeholders, formulate the project, design the logical framework, estimate the budget of the operation and write the other documents necessary for the approval (operational regulations, project execution plans, milestones, indicators, etc.)
